Refunds & Returns
Refund Policy
Once a purchased software package has been activated or an activation has been attempted, the package becomes non-refundable. We cannot add a software package back to our stock if an activation has been completed or attempted. However, in specific cases where technical issues persist, we may offer a credit to your SKYNEXON Wallet to ensure you can get a working product that suits your needs.
We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased the wrong product (e.g., purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine). However, we may offer an exchange if the product key has not yet been viewed or attempted for activation.
Exchanges
SKYNEXON will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion, but only if the software key has not been downloaded or viewed by the customer. You may also return your purchased software within 30 days for a full refund if the license remains unredeemed and unviewed.
Redemption & Activation
After purchasing, you will receive your digital license fast—usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.

Validity: While our keys are genuine and permanent, we recommend that you activate your Windows or Office software within 7 working days of receipt to ensure the smoothest activation process.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card) used to place the order. While refunds are processed from our platform immediately, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your card issuer or bank.
